I've built multiple companies of my own and held different roles along the way. For over ten years I've been working with company processes: where they run smoothly, where they get stuck, what makes them faster. For more than a year I've been deeply focused on AI. This mix of founder experience, process understanding, and technical depth is what I bring to mid-sized companies in the German Mittelstand today.

In the Mittelstand I keep seeing the same pattern: growth rarely fails on the idea, but on manual processes that nobody questions anymore. With Automation Atelier, I build AI systems that remove exactly that friction. Not loud, not visible everywhere, but tangible in what runs differently after three months.

I'm based in Bad Wörishofen in the Allgäu region of southern Germany. I work with companies across Bavaria and the wider German-speaking region, on site and remotely.
